Training Plan Thoughts

Now that I have my off-bike work out plan, I haven't been sticking to my training to my bike plans. But why I have been doing is switching off and some days doing it both. One day would be 30 -1 hour on the bike and the next I would do my work outs. Then the next I would do 30 min on the bike and 30 min off bike work outs.


News on PL+US. I'm still waiting for a response. So I'm just going to tell you when I make the jump or not, so don't expect any news unless I feel like talking about it.
