New Plan?

I came up with a new indoor cycling plan that i feel I'll get stronger with, here it goes---------->


Monday    Tuesday    Wednesday   Thursday   Friday   Saturday/ Sunday
30km      15km         40 km       20km   20km          Training with dad


Tell me what you think about! Anyways, today's training was good it's on my training diary and again, if your lazy, here's what I did--------->
Sorry today's blog was short, I'm really tired and i need some extra sleep, and food. :laughs:
