PL+US 2

Ever so slowly I'm making my way to PL+US. I got my sizes for my jersey and bib(Small jersey and bib). I can't wait, but there is a chance before the cycling season that I might not be able to go into PL+US. But I think that chance is very low. :::Laughs::: The jersey has the Poland flag on it so I can't wait to have my peoples flag on my back, sleeves, and chest. And of course American flag even though I'm not american lol.


Today I did some off bike training again. Here's what i  did--->
Well that's how long i did it for, here's what i did...

(I don't expect you to know these, i developed and learned weird names for these)

1. 2x 20 Lunges on each leg (40 in total)
2. 2x 30 Squats (60 in total)
3. 2x 10 sumos (20 in total)
4. 2x 20 butt ups(40 in toal)
5. 2 sets of degrees 30 seconds each angle plus one more 6in ( 5 min in total)
6. 2x 20 up and downs (40 in total)
7. 4x 20 calf raises ( 80 in total)
8. 2 sets of 1:30 static squat (3 min in total)
9. 1 min stretch
10. REPEAT 2-3 TIMES
