Today I did some off bike training again. Here's what i did--->
Well that's how long i did it for, here's what i did...
(I don't expect you to know these, i developed and learned weird names for these)
1. 2x 20 Lunges on each leg (40 in total)
2. 2x 30 Squats (60 in total)
3. 2x 10 sumos (20 in total)
4. 2x 20 butt ups(40 in toal)
5. 2 sets of degrees 30 seconds each angle plus one more 6in ( 5 min in total)
6. 2x 20 up and downs (40 in total)
7. 4x 20 calf raises ( 80 in total)
8. 2 sets of 1:30 static squat (3 min in total)
9. 1 min stretch
10. REPEAT 2-3 TIMES
