Carpentersville went good, I got 7th out of the 68 riders that started. It was a good course but the barriers killed me. I had a great warm up and I even got grided in the 2nd row which was cool. It was a very cold race but I love cold races. The next race was the ABD Sunrise park. That, was a great course. I placed 6th out of 65 riders. In this race I destroyed the barriers. The course was pure mud. I crashed twice. One of the times I slipped and I didn't have studs for my shoes so there's that. I also messed my shifter up but thats whats its made for right? My brother was yelling like crazy which made other riders ride with nerves so they crashed and I sprinted past them like no tomorrow. The course was very hard but that's what made it fun.
Any way, the next race is Compton Cross. I heard that this course is hard so I guess we'll see on Sunday.
More updates to come, PEACE.

Teams
Every thing is confusing right now team wise. I have some offers here and there but I don't know if they are worth it. A new bike might be problem for next season. I have a friend on one team, and on another team I have more friends on a better team. Except that other team might get me a discount for a Madone. If your a Junior team and could possibly give me a good discount on kit, equipment, etc. Contact me.

'Cross Update/The CCC
(10/3/17)
Cross has been going great, super fun! I'm doing my first cross race this weekend in Chicago Cross Cup at Dan Ryan. I got a friend whose going to help me out with the course lol. Training has been great. Been practicing a lot, dismounts, shouldering, remounts, starts, etc. Can't wait for the race. I saw a Youtube video of the course. Not too much running but a lot of the stuff is very ridable.
(10/8/17)
I did the race and it went GREAT-ish. No but with all seriousness it went great. I was put in the back of the grid but when they blew that whistle, I went all out. For me first cross race I made it to the main group but someone crashed in front of me and then I dropped my chain then I was hopping between 12th and 13th. I ended up getting 12th in a powerful sprint. That course was very fun. The descents where my strength. Other kids where braking and I just went no brakes lol. I have disk brakes so..... Anyway, the commentator talked about me a bit and I had a few people that know me from the road cheer me on which was motivating. All in all I didn't come home with any hardware but I knew I went balls to wall. All out.
Next week is the Carpentersville. Hopefully I will be gridded better. I'll do some more practice this week. There's also this clinic Wednesday night so I might go, chill with some friends.
Anyway, thats it for today. More updates to come..
PEACE
