Last week of WB

Today, Monday, I went for a 30km ride averaging 29.5kmh. I over dressed and felt really bad throughout the ride. Tomorrow I'm going to do a easy ride. After that I might punch it up bit and go 40 or 50 km, with out trying to go for a good average.

SICK/Upcoming season

I'm sick. This was a horrible week so far for cycling. I'm recovering really fast though. I'm going sweat the rest of the sickness out today. I'm going to ride on my turbo trainer for like 30 min. Anyway, next week I might be going to Wisconsin for some climbs. 


This season, I will NOT be upgrading my parts to Campagnolo on my Allez(Specialized(Aluminum)). I will be going back to my 2005 Pinarello Galileo. Only bad thing with that bike is the old ass derailleur. Getting all new Campi parts will be maybe $1500 or a lot more than just buying a really good derailleur for maybe $250. I was thinking about getting the one the one that my father has on his 2017 Pinarello Dogma F8. 

I really can't wait for the season. I will be going to nationals for my first time. The plan is, I will get a really cheap carbon frame or bike (hopefully Cervelo s5) for nationals. I would have a full season of "Training" on a heavy bike. I put training in " " because I would have many hard races in cat. 5 and junior 9-14 and 13-15.

winter break started

Today, winter break started. That means i will be able to train full time. hopefully two thing a day. But, I am putting on my old swim team speedo and drag suit and going to an indoor pool. I am going to sweat out my cold today on my bike and I am going to figure out how i want to do these training's and what am i going to do.

PL+US IS A GO

I made it to PL+US cycling team! I am now with my fellow Polish people!!! I am so happy. I am getting my kit closer to the beginning of the cycling season.

Training Plan Thoughts

Now that I have my off-bike work out plan, I haven't been sticking to my training to my bike plans. But why I have been doing is switching off and some days doing it both. One day would be 30 -1 hour on the bike and the next I would do my work outs. Then the next I would do 30 min on the bike and 30 min off bike work outs.


News on PL+US. I'm still waiting for a response. So I'm just going to tell you when I make the jump or not, so don't expect any news unless I feel like talking about it.

PL+US 2

Ever so slowly I'm making my way to PL+US. I got my sizes for my jersey and bib(Small jersey and bib). I can't wait, but there is a chance before the cycling season that I might not be able to go into PL+US. But I think that chance is very low. :::Laughs::: The jersey has the Poland flag on it so I can't wait to have my peoples flag on my back, sleeves, and chest. And of course American flag even though I'm not american lol.


Today I did some off bike training again. Here's what i  did--->
Well that's how long i did it for, here's what i did...

(I don't expect you to know these, i developed and learned weird names for these)

1. 2x 20 Lunges on each leg (40 in total)
2. 2x 30 Squats (60 in total)
3. 2x 10 sumos (20 in total)
4. 2x 20 butt ups(40 in toal)
5. 2 sets of degrees 30 seconds each angle plus one more 6in ( 5 min in total)
6. 2x 20 up and downs (40 in total)
7. 4x 20 calf raises ( 80 in total)
8. 2 sets of 1:30 static squat (3 min in total)
9. 1 min stretch
10. REPEAT 2-3 TIMES

PL+US

Oh well, I haven't updated in a while so here it goes! My father told me that his friend from PL+US cycling team gave him a call and said that we could ride with them. I got really happy because that team is mostly Polish people and a few American people. I have raced them in CAT. 5 and beat some of them. :::Laughs sarcastically::: They race really well, They are very fair and are respectful in races.


I can't wait until I get my kit. They only bad thing is that I will be the only Junior on the team. Maybe other Juniors will see the team and want to join. That would be great especially if they keep the traditional Polish people and American people thing, get it PL and US, PLUS. PL+US? :Laughs again for no reason: I think that it will be a great season in CAT. 5 with PLUS people in there. My dad's friend Rafal who is on the team races in CAT. 5, maybe me and him will get an upgrade to CAT.4 and race with my dad.


My Father recently got upgraded to CAT.4. I'm really happy for him! :Smiles: He is 50 years young and races really well.

Update

OK, I am going to do my blog 2 times a week or maybe more. I'll be sure to update every day during winter break. It's no that far away! Any ways to day's training was great. I was kept company by my dad who was on the rollers next to me. I really I could travel through time or move time quicker so i can go do races again.

December

New month new me. As in I have to go back to normal training and maybe extra stuff on the side. Sorry for not posting yesterday. I forgot completely. Any ways I am going to hop on my bike in like 10 minuets and ride for like 30 minuets and maybe do intervals.
